As of September 30, 2024, at 6:00 PM, The Delaware Metropolitan Housing Authority Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waitlist is closed. We do not give out current waitlist position numbers. If you are currently on the waitlist, please keep us with a good address, as we will reach you through mail first once you are pulled. At this time, there is no estimated pulling date. There are no pre-applications for the waitlist and no future reopening date at this time.

We are not absorbing ports at this time. If you wish to port your voucher to us, let your current housing authority know that we are billing.
